I have an issue with my order
ElementVapor does not process orders or shipments. Your purchase was made directly with the partner retailer (e.g., EightVape). Please contact the retailer’s customer support for order issues, tracking, returns, or refunds. You can usually find their contact info in your order confirmation email.
A product price seems wrong
Product prices are pulled from our partner retailers’ data feeds and updated regularly. If you notice a discrepancy between the price on our site and the retailer’s site, the retailer’s price at checkout is always the correct one. Let us know and we’ll update our listing.
